The users in the software are used to share the access to the features. Whenever a module or an expense is created, the username of the current session will be saved into the row and can be configured later within the module to be shown or hidden in the plan list. Username display is very useful when you are in a business and many people are working on the budget. You would then know easily which person worked for what expenses or modules. It is also practical if you need to export the result in a PDF document for version usage and keep note of a specified expense author.
The users are sharing all the software features and are able to create or modify additional users along with their profile data. If someone forget his password, another admin may log in the dashboard to reset it. The password is generally encoded with MD5 encryption in the database. Therefore if lost, it isn't recoverable other than updating the user row password directly in the database or asking another user. All features shown within the dashboard are restricted to admin users and cannot be seen on the front-end.
