If so you can simply comment on the existing post to let the author know that it's a recurring issue. Duplicated post may be cleaned from the forum after a notice to the author.

Please also be kind and patient for any bug fixes. New releases of the software are usually launched when many bugs or changes have been made within the last version. To keep your priority make sure that you are responsive to the answers and clear with your instructions. Additional information and private details may be shared within the messages inbox of the site to ensure no data is revealed to the public.
